Crafting Elegance: Walls Studio's Standout Furniture at Mansion in May
In May of 2023, Three Fields estate in Mendham, NJ served as the stunning backdrop for the Women's Association for Morristown Medical Center's (WAMMC) renowned Mansion fundraiser. This annual event, celebrating its nearly 50-year legacy, showcased the creative talents of local interior designers and vendors, including the exceptional craftsmanship of Walls Studio, whose bespoke furniture played a standout role in the exhibition.

This 9,000-square-foot historic home opened its doors for the month of May, welcoming visitors eager to explore 31 uniquely designed rooms and 17 beautifully landscaped spaces, each transformed with bold, artistic vision. Designers were assigned individual spaces—or sometimes multiple—to showcase their expertise, from an ornate butler’s pantry to a grand library. Investing their own time and resources, they brought their visions to life, drawing in tens of thousands of guests and $1.65 million in donations towards expanding and modernizing the Institute of Bioskills Training and Innovation at Morristown Medical Center.

Project Type: Bed and Wall Panels
Location: Mendham, NJ
Client: Swati Goorha
Among the standout designs was "Paradis Des Voyageurs" – A Traveler’s Haven, envisioned by designer Swati Goorha. For this space, Walls Studio was entrusted with crafting a bespoke gold bed, an exquisite centerpiece inspired by the eclectic French aesthetic of curated, romantic interiors.

The striking bed features a bold headboard extending to the ceiling, topped with an elegant Greek key-inspired geometric cornice. Its matching base enhances the cohesive appeal, creating a seamless blend of sophistication and craftsmanship. Both are upholstered in Tarot Turmeric by Stout Textiles, a luxurious and eye-catching velvet with a distinctive honeycomb-like pattern

Walls Studio's expertise in custom furniture design was fully realized in this masterpiece—an undeniable example of artistry and grandeur proving that if it can be imagined, we can make it happen.
